A pre-order is the reservation of an article which is not yet available but will be issued in the near future. For each article that has been pre-ordered, the presumed date that it will be available will be indicated in the product description.
Orders containing both available articles and pre-ordered articles: upon request the articles can be shipped separately, otherwise they will all be shipped on the date that the last article is ready.
In any case, we will send an email as soon as the shipment is sent.
Purchasing articles through pre-order can be done exclusively with a credit card.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
By selecting a category from the menu, you are free to consult our catalogue, and browse through the products we have selected.
To see the detailed description of an article, click on its photograph.
You may read the product description which details the characteristics of the article before making your purchase.
ADD THE PRODUCT TO YOUR CART
To add a product to your cart, first select the article, and then click on ADD TO CART. Then choose either to proceed directly to your purchase or continue browsing the website. Remember that adding a product to your cart is not the same as pre-ordering.
Your cart contains the summary of the articles that have been selected, with the total cost. On the first page you may choose the payment method. The total cost of your order that will appear on the first page will be the final total cost. Confirm the details and then proceed to your purchase.
COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
To complete your order you will need to fill in the DESTINATION page with the delivery address and provide your credit card information in the PAYMENT page.
All of the information regarding you order is summarised on the CONFIRM ORDER page. Remember that once you have confirmed your order, it will no longer be possible to make any modifications.
Your purchase will be complete when you get to the page where we express our gratitude for your order. You will then be assigned and order number, and within a few minutes you will also receive a confirmation email.
CHARGING THE PAYMENT
For orders made with a credit card, the sum will be charged when the package is shipped. Only the cost of the items that have been shipped will be charged.
For orders made with PayPal, the payment will be charged on the date of the order.
The payment will appear on your bank statement as GIOIELLERIA GONELLA DI TOMASUTTI LUCA E CREAZZA MARCO S.N.C., which is the company that owns the brand name GIOIELLERIA GONELLA
CREDIT CARD RIEMBURSEMENT
Once we have received your returned product and checked that all of the requirements have been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. The reimbursement will be made on the same day to the credit card or debit card that was used to make the order. The time it will take to see the credit will depend on the institution that issued the card.
After our warehouse has received your returned product and checked that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your returned product has been accepted, we will reimburse your PayPal account and the transaction will be visible within the next 24 hours.
The effective reimbursement to the credit card account linked to your PayPal account will depend on the institution that issued the card.
You may return one or more purchased products by completing the return form within and no later than 14 of the delivery of your order.
The products must be returned to the courier within 14 days of the date you filled in the return form.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are requested or shipped late or if the items are not in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Be sure to include the order number attributed to the product that you want to return in the appropriate field.
PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We have devised a return procedure that is very simple and convenient to make your online shopping experience pleasant even if your purchase doesn’t satisfy you completely.
You may return any product that you buy from our store within 14 days after the delivery date.
Here is how:
Make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.
Close the package that they came in (or use a box with the same weight of cardboard) with a new address label attached in such a way so that it completely covers the information relative to the original shipment.
The reimbursement that you will receive will cover the full cost of the returned items. We will withhold a small sum for our return service equal to the original shipping costs. Remember that we can only reimburse items that are returned correctly. If your return does not satisfy the conditions as listed, we will not be able to reimburse you and the package will be sent back to you.
